Bruntwood

Elliot House, Manchester

£1.1 million

Refurbishment of an existing Grade II Listed building built in 1874 as the local authority School board offices and later following two extensions changed to house the registry facilities for Manchester.
The existing building housed two restaurants, the building had retained many of its original period features: our challenge was to integrate the servicing demands of modern office space whilst respecting and repairing the fabric of the original building.
